• Rules to be observed at all times.
• No more than 3 rods to be used at any time.
• Braided lines permitted using rig marole freefall clip system in conjunction with mono leader or rig marole sink safe leader (available on site).
• Hooks must be barbless or semi/mirco barbed.
• Minimum of 15lb main line to be used.
• Rods not to be left unattended at any time.
• Landing nets must be a minimum of 42”.
• Unhooking mats must be a minimum of 3x4ft (supplied for All inclusive holidays, otherwise available on site).
• No nuts of any kind, including tiger nuts, peanuts etc.
• Only particles purchased on site to be used (ensures correct preparation). Cooked hemp is permitted along with betaine, halibut, trout and hemp pellets.
• Semi-fixed safety or running leads only.
• Excess drinking or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
• No loud music.
• No open fires, barbecues are permitted provided the surrounding area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• No swimming or wading.
• Only 5kg of bait per angler on All Inclusive holidays.

Sky Lake fish welfare

• No sacking of fish at any time.
• All fish estimated to be in excess of 35lbs to be left in landing net and bailiff contacted to ensure fish safety and assist with photography.
• Bailiff’s decision is final.
• All rules must be observed at all times. Failure to do so will result in the angler being asked to leave the fishery immediately. No refund of any monies will be given.

We believe these rules to be firm but fair to every angler that visits Sky Lake and we advocate common sense in every angling situation.
We reserve the right to ask any angler in breach of the above rules to pack up and vacate the fishery with no refund of monies that have previously been paid.

All anglers are requested to vacate their swims by 10:00AM on day of departure. (Drive and Survive only)
